1. Obsługa kancelaryjna Biura, w tym rejestracja korespondencji wychodzącej i przychodzącej oraz biegła znajomość systemu elektronicznego zarządzania dokumentacją (EZD PUW). 2. Prowadzenie i aktualizacja ewidencji składników majątku Biura, w tym prowadzenie ksiąg inwentarzowych, rejestru środków trwałych, znakowanie i identyfikacja mienia. 3. Przygotowywanie dokumentacji dotyczącej zamówień publicznych poniżej 170.000 zł netto. 4. Koordynowanie procesów systemu kontroli zarządczej. 5. Zaopatrzenie Biura zamawianie artykułów biurowych, środków czystości oraz bieżąca współpraca z dostawcami. 6. Prowadzenie spraw związanych z administracją nad nieruchomością, w tym prowadzenie sprawozdawczości - podatkowej i gospodarowanie odpadów. 7.Nadzór nad infrastrukturą i przestrzenią biurową, w tym monitorowanie stanu technicznego biura, zgłaszanie usterek oraz koordynacja ewentualnych podwykonawców naprawczych. Praca od poniedziałku do piątku, w godzinach 7-15.

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Pracownik biurowy uprawnienie - Prawo jazdy kat. B minimum 3 letni staż pracy związany z pracą w administracji. Znajomość przepisów: ustawa z dnia 21 listopada 2008r. o pracownikach samorządowych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1135), ustawa z dnia 14 czerwca 1960 r. Kodeks postępowania administracyjnego (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 1691), ustawa z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 793), ustawa z dnia 19 lipca 2019 r. o zapewnianiu dostępności osobom ze szczególnymi potrzebami (Dz.U. z 2004 r. poz. 1411); Znajomość zagadnień z zakresu funkcjonowania elektronicznego zarządzania dokumentacją obsługa systemu EZD. Biegła obsługa komputera (pakiet Microsoft Office). Obywatelstwo polskie z biegłym posługiwaniem się językiem polskim w mowie i piśmie. Pełna zdolność do czynności prawnych oraz korzystania w pełni z praw publicznych. Brak skazania prawomocnym wyrokiem sądu za umyślne przestępstwo ścigane z oskarżenia publicznego lub za umyślne przestępstwo skarbowe. Wysoka kultura osobista, zachowanie się z godnością w miejscu pracy i poza nim oraz obowiązkowość i zorientowanie na rezultaty pracy. Wymagania dodatkowe: Znajomość zagadnień związanych z opracowywaniem dokumentacji dotyczącej zamówień publicznych poniżej 170.000 zł netto. Znajomość zagadnień związanych z zapewnianiem dostępności osobom ze szczególnymi potrzebami. Znajomość zadań samorządu województwa oraz zadań statutowych WBGiTR w Gdańsku. staż pracy ogółem - lata: 3
