The posting

Working Hours

  • 6 days work week
  • Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (1-hour break)
  • Night Shift: To be confirmed with employer
  • Rest days according to roster

Job Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitise dishes, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely when required.
  • Sort and arrange cleaned utensils and equipment in designated storage areas.
  • Remove food waste and dispose of rubbish properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, kitchen floors and drains.
  • Replenish dishwashing liquid and cleaning supplies.
  • Assist with general kitchen cleaning when required.
  • Follow kitchen hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety procedures.
  • Support kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Job Requirements

  • No previous dishwashing experience required; training can be provided.
  • Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a wet and fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen utensils.
  • Willing to perform cleaning and washing duties.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Responsible, hardworking and reliable.
