The posting

Working Hours

  • 6 days work week
  • Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break)
  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (1-hour break)
  • Rest days according to roster

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
  • Introduce menus, take orders and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and arrange tables and service stations before opening.
  • Clear, clean and reset tables between customers.
  • Coordinate orders and customer requests with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Replenish cutlery, condiments and service supplies.
  • Assist with restaurant events and live-music sessions.
  • Perform opening, handover and closing duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and service standards.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in F&B, restaurants or hospitality preferred.
  • Applicants without experience who are willing to learn may be considered.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Responsible, punctual and a team player.
