📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily production and material-handling operations
  • Check material quantities, lot numbers and work orders
  • Receive, prepare and replenish materials for production lines
  • Distribute and issue materials to production departments
  • Update inventory records, material labels and tracking systems
  • Identify material discrepancies and report issues promptly
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately
  • Assist with rejected materials and scrap documentation
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness and 5S standards
  • Follow cleanroom, GMP and workplace safety procedures

✅ Job Requirements

  • GCE "O" Level or equivalent qualification
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or material handling preferred
  • Cleanroom experience is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of inventory and material-tracking processes
  • Comfortable wearing cleanroom protective attire (smock, head net and mask)
  • Able to commit to a permanent 12-hour night shift
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work in a team

⏰ Working Schedule

Permanent Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 3-4-4-3 roster (alternating 3 and 4 working days per week)
  • Rest days according to roster
  • Overtime paid separately according to prevailing regulations
