The posting

Es responsable de tener visibilidad de los activos de la infraestructura y servicios de TD de la Institución, así como desarrollar estrategias y dirigir todas las actividades relacionadas con la gestión de la información, del control de activos tecnológicos de la organización de Hardware y Software, de manera transversal (Áreas de Apoyo, áreas educativas, de investigación, considerando todos los campus incluyendo preparatoria y posgrado) de las tres unidades de negocio a nivel nacional. Así como eliminar gastos y proporcionar la información para la toma de decisiones de la alta dirección. Alineadas a la estrategia de la Institución.

Responsabilidades:

1. Colaborar con los líderes de TD para desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia efectiva de ITOM en línea con las estrategias de la Institución.

2. Liderar proyectos estratégicos relacionados con ITOM, desde la planificación hasta la implementación y la evaluación.

3. Evaluar y mejorar continuamente los procesos de ITOM para maximizar la eficiencia y la eficacia operativa de los activos.

4. Análisis, identificación de áreas de mejora y riesgos potenciales para eliminación de gastos, así como dar visibilidad de mediano y largo plazo de los futuros gastos.

5. Gestión de la Implementación, Configuración, Puesta en marcha y Continuidad del sistema rector que administre los activos tecnológicos, tanto de Hardware como de Software

6. Liderazgo del área de ITOM.

Hard Skill Nivel de dominio:

  • Ingles Intermedio
  • Análisis de datos Avanzado
  • Conocimiento de Bases de datos Intermedio
  • Conocimiento en tecnologías de Hardware y Software Intermedio
  • Conocimiento en manejo de cómputo y Office Avanzado
  • Conocimientos Contables y Financieros Intermedio
  • ITIL Intermedio
  • Service Now Intermedio-avanzado

Formación:

Título Universitario de: TI, Finanzas, Administración, Ingeniería, Ciencia de Datos, Analítica, Posgrado MBA, Finanzas o Analítica de datos.

Experiencia:

  • Conocimiento en la cadena de suministro 1 año
  • Administración de Activos Tecnológicos 3 años
  • Capacidad de trabajo remoto 3 años
  • Habilidades analíticas avanzadas y capacidad para tomar decisiones informadas basadas en datos 2 años
  • Manejo de equipo extendido 3 años
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad de tomar decisiones estratégicas +5 años
  • Experiencia en la administración y configuración de Service Now, con enfoque especial en módulos avanzados de ITOM +1 año
  • Gestión de proyectos complejos de ITOM +1 año
  • Uso de ServiceNow como administrador 1+ año
  • Conocimiento profundo de las mejores prácticas de ITOM +1 año

Paquete de beneficios:

$2,800 a $3,500 USD más prestaciones de ley acorde al país de residencia, más un mes de salario como aguinaldo, es contratación directa con el cliente, la posición es 100% remota y el cliente entrega el equipo de cómputo al candidato, el horario es de 9 AM a 6 PM hora del centro de México.
