Voor een internationaal toonaangevende machinebouwer in Izegem zoeken we een International Technical Support Engineer die klanten en technische collega's wereldwijd ondersteunt.

Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar mechanica, elektriciteit, elektronica en automatisering samenkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met Engineering, R&D en Quality en krijgt de kans om uit te groeien tot een echte technische specialist.

Jobomschrijving

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ondersteunt internationale klanten en service engineers bij complexe technische problemen en storingen.
  • Je voert diepgaande troubleshooting en root cause analyses uit om structurele oplossingen te vinden.
  • Je behandelt technische vraagstukken rond mechanica, elektriciteit, elektronica, automatisering en software.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Engineering, R&D en Quality om machines en processen verder te verbeteren.
  • Je analyseert terugkerende storingen en vertaalt deze naar technische verbeteringen.
  • Je bouwt diepgaande expertise op binnen specifieke machinetechnologieën en groeit uit tot intern specialist.
  • Je stelt technische documentatie en procedures op en verzorgt opleidingen voor collega's en klanten.
  • Je ondersteunt sporadisch ter plaatse bij internationale klanten wanneer problemen niet vanop afstand opgelost raken.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Elektromechanica, Elektronica, Automatisering of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt een brede technische kennis van industriële machines, elektriciteit en automatisering.
  • Je kunt elektrische schema's lezen en complexe technische problemen analyseren.
  • Ervaring binnen machinebouw, technical support, field service, maintenance of commissioning is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent analytisch, oplossingsgericht en krijgt energie van technische uitdagingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega's en werkt graag samen met verschillende technische afdelingen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een bijkomende troef.
