Ben je net afgestudeerd met een technisch diploma, of heb je een eerste ervaring achter de rug? Wil je uitgroeien tot dé productexpert van een bekend merk, en mee de stap zetten naar digitaal werken met HubSpot en AI? Lees dan zeker verder.

Onze klant is een groeiend West-Vlaams familiebedrijf dat zonwering en terrasoverkappingen ontwerpt en zelf produceert, in de regio Kortrijk. Ze verkopen via dealers en eigen vertegenwoordigers in heel Europa. Omdat enkele ervaren collega's binnenkort met pensioen gaan, creëren ze een nieuwe functie in het Technical Sales-team.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je behandelt technische vragen en klachten van dealers en vertegenwoordigers in heel Europa, in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je analyseert klachten, zoekt de oorzaak en stelt een oplossing voor.
  • Je biedt tweedelijns technische ondersteuning aan de eigen vertegenwoordigers.
  • Je groeit uit tot expert in het volledige productgamma.
  • Je zet feedback van klanten om in verbetervoorstellen voor de producten.
  • Je werkt mee aan producttesten, validaties en lanceringen van nieuwe producten.
  • Je helpt de klachtenprocessen digitaliseren met HubSpot, AI en andere tools.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in engineering, productontwerp, elektromechanica of industriële technologie, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent starter of hebt een eerste ervaring, bij voorkeur in technical support, after-sales of klachtenbehandeling.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een technische insteek en echte interesse in producten.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen (sterke plus).
  • Je hebt affiniteit met digitalisering en AI; ervaring met een ERP- of CRM-pakket is een plus.
  • Je bent communicatief, stressbestendig en flexibel in het hoogseizoen.
