Introductie

Voor een innovatieve industriële productieorganisatie in de chemie, in de regio Kortrijk, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren HSE Manager die het volledige beleid rond Health, Safety & Environment verder vormgeeft.

Je neemt een brede sleutelpositie op waarin je preventie, welzijn en milieu combineert. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en krijgt veel autonomie om het HSE-beleid strategisch uit te werken en concreet te vertalen naar de werkvloer.

Een functie voor een HSE-professional die wetgeving pragmatisch toepast en zichtbaar impact wil maken op veiligheidscultuur en duurzaamheid, in een technisch uitdagende productieomgeving met korte beslissingslijnen.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en optimaliseert het volledige HSE-beleid en neemt de rol op van preventieadviseur en milieucoördinator, waarbij je complexe wetgeving vertaalt naar duidelijke en werkbare oplossingen.
  • Je stelt het Globaal Preventieplan en het Jaarlijks Actieplan op, bereidt het CPBW voor en draagt bij aan een constructieve sociale dialoog rond veiligheid, welzijn en milieu.
  • Je volgt de milieuwetgeving, vergunningen en rapporteringsverplichtingen op en coördineert thema's zoals afval, energie, emissies, water en chemicaliën, zodat de organisatie altijd conform en duurzaam werkt.
  • Je bewaakt de HSE-managementsystemen, waaronder ISO 14001, begeleidt interne en externe audits en inspecties en onderhoudt de contacten met externe preventie- en milieu-instanties.
  • Je ontwikkelt HSE-KPI's en rapporteert aan het management. Via opleidingen, toolboxmeetings en sensibiliseringsacties zorg je dat veilig en milieubewust werken zichtbaar aanwezig is op de werkvloer.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische, wetenschappelijke of industriële richting, beschikt over de nodige kwalificaties om de rol van preventieadviseur op te nemen en bent erkend Milieucoördinator Niveau A.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante HSE-ervaring, bij voorkeur in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van welzijns- en milieuwetgeving, risicoanalyses en preventiebeleid, en je bent vertrouwd met ISO-managementsystemen, minimaal ISO 9001 en ISO 14001.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch en pragmatisch, een sterke communicator die medewerkers en leidinggevenden meeneemt in verandering, en je combineert een hands-on aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met strategisch overzicht.
