Introductie

Voor een gevestigde en groeiende organisatie binnen de bouw- en infrastructuursector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Preventieadviseur Niveau I die het veiligheids- en preventiebeleid verder professionaliseert.

Je komt terecht in een veelzijdige technische omgeving met activiteiten binnen wegenbouw, grondwerken, afbraak en saneringsprojecten. Je combineert een sterke administratieve en organisatorische aanpak met regelmatige aanwezigheid op de werven en verschillende bedrijfssites.

Een brede en verantwoordelijke functie waarin je niet alleen het preventiebeleid mee vormgeeft, maar ook een coördinerende rol binnen het preventieteam opneemt. Je krijgt de autonomie om structuur aan te brengen, verbeteringen te realiseren en rechtstreeks impact te hebben op de veiligheid van medewerkers.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van het preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid en zorgt ervoor dat procedures ook effectief worden toegepast op de werkvloer.
  • Je voert werf- en sitebezoeken, veiligheidsrondgangen en inspecties uit en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je stelt risicoanalyses, taakrisicoanalyses (TRA's) en veiligheidsinstructies op en adviseert over veilige werkmethodes en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.
  • Je beheert en onderhoudt belangrijke veiligheids- en kwaliteitssystemen, waaronder VCA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en de relevante erkenningen binnen de sector.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor, begeleidt auditoren en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van actiepunten en certificatievereisten.
  • Je coördineert het veiligheidsopleidingsplan en organiseert opleidingen, toolboxmeetings en sensibiliseringsacties rond veilig werken.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe preventiediensten, keuringsinstanties en bevoegde overheidsdiensten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van relevante veiligheidsverplichtingen.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over het diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau I.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen veiligheid en preventie, bij voorkeur binnen de bouw-, infrastructuur- of industriële sector.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van welzijnswetgeving, risicoanalyses, veiligheidsprocedures en preventiemethodieken.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met VCA, ISO 9001 en ISO 14001. Kennis van asbestregelgeving en specifieke sectorcertificaties vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent administratief en organisatorisch sterk en kan duidelijke veiligheidsverslagen, procedures en instructies opstellen.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator die zowel arbeiders en werfleiders als management op een constructieve manier weet te adviseren en overtuigen.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige coachende en leidinggevende vaardigheden om een preventiemedewerker te begeleiden en het preventieteam verder te ondersteunen.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een analytische en gestructureerde aanpak en blijft rustig in uitdagende situaties.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om regelmatig verschillende werven en sites te bezoeken.
