Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 | Bouw & Infrastructuur

Introductie Voor een veelzijdig en sterk verankerd aannemingsbedrijf in de regio Oostende, actief in infrastructuur-, sloop- en grondwerken, zijn we op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 die het preventiebeleid mee vormgeeft en de veiligheid op de werven naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Je combineert kantoorwerk met regelmatige werfbezoeken, je leidt het preventieteam en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid voor zowel de werknemers als het management. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over certificeringen, audits en opleidingen in een omgeving waar veiligheid elke dag zichtbaar en concreet is.

Een brede en afwisselende functie voor een gestructureerde preventieadviseur die graag op het terrein staat en rechtstreeks impact wil hebben op een veilige werkcultuur.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je bezoekt regelmatig de werven, brengt met checklists verbeterpunten in kaart en bespreekt die rechtstreeks met de arbeiders en de leidinggevenden.
  • Je stelt risicoanalyses en veiligheidsdocumenten op, zoals TRA's en veiligheidsinstructiekaarten, en adviseert over veilige werkmethodes en de aankoop van PBM's.
  • Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt het preventiebeleid mee, behandelt arbeidsongevallen, voert interne audits uit en volgt de afgesproken acties op.
  • Je onderhoudt de certificaten zoals VCA, de erkenning voor asbestverwijdering en het Achilles-protocol, en bereidt de jaarlijkse audits voor en begeleidt ze.
  • Je coördineert het preventieteam en het opleidingsplan (EHBO, asbestopleidingen, veiligheidsweek) en bereidt het syndicaal overleg, de toolboxmeetings en het overleg met externe diensten voor.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over het diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.
  • Je hebt kennis van normen en certificeringssystemen zoals VCA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, de erkenning voor asbestverwijdering en het Achilles-protocol.
  • Je bent sterk in schriftelijke communicatie en rapportering en voelt je thuis in systemen, procedures en checklists.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en houdt het overzicht in crisissituaties, en je communiceert vlot en geeft constructieve feedback over veiligheid.
