Production Supervisor | Industriële Productie

Introductie

Voor een innovatieve en internationaal groeiende productieorganisatie in de regio Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Production Supervisor die de machine-afdeling aanstuurt en naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving met CNC-machines en robotcellen. Je leidt een team van ongeveer 20 operatoren, rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Director en krijgt veel autonomie in een organisatie met korte beslissingslijnen.

Een sleutelpositie voor een hands-on leidinggevende die people management, machineperformantie en continuous improvement combineert, en rechtstreeks impact wil hebben op mensen, processen en resultaten.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je leidt de machine-afdeling en zorgt ervoor dat productieorders tijdig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 20 operatoren aan, coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling en bouwt aan een gemotiveerd en zelfstandig team.
  • Je optimaliseert het machinepark met CNC-machines en robotcellen en volgt output, uptime en kwaliteit op via concrete KPI's.
  • Je trekt verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie en automatisering, zodat de afdeling structureel performanter wordt.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Operations Director en vertaalt resultaten en verbeterpunten naar concrete acties op de werkvloer.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met CNC-machines, robots of geautomatiseerde productie.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met KPI's en continuous improvement en pakt problemen pragmatisch aan.
  • Je communiceert sterk in het Nederlands en vlot in het Engels of het Frans.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent graag zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer.
