Voor een internationaal groeiende en technologisch vooruitstrevende productieorganisatie in de regio Diksmuide zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Manager. Je bouwt het globale kwaliteitsbeleid verder uit en zet over de verschillende entiteiten heen één gedragen kwaliteitscultuur neer.

De organisatie ontwikkelt hoogwaardige geïntegreerde oplossingen voor exclusieve architecturale en technische projecten wereldwijd. Ze investeert sterk in R&D, productontwikkeling en internationale expansie. Engineering, assemblage en productie zitten onder één dak. Kwaliteit is er dan ook geen eindcontrole, maar een vast onderdeel van het volledige productieproces.

Ben jij een people manager met technische feeling en een sterke visie op kwaliteit en procesverbetering? Dan krijg je hier een strategische rol met directe impact op de verdere groei van de onderneming.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je bouwt het globale kwaliteitssysteem verder uit en vertaalt kwaliteitsvereisten naar duidelijke procedures, werkinstructies en richtlijnen voor productie en assemblage, zodat kwaliteit in het volledige proces verankerd zit.
  • Je ontwikkelt de processen rond non-conformiteiten, root cause analyses en corrigerende acties, zodat problemen structureel aangepakt worden en niet terugkomen.
  • Je bewaakt productcertificeringen en compliance met internationale normen en klantvereisten en bouwt een uniforme supplier quality aanpak uit voor de volledige supply chain.
  • Je analyseert KPI's zoals defect rates, klachten, rework en first-pass yield en stuurt op basis daarvan gerichte verbeteracties aan.
  • Je begeleidt audits en verbeterprojecten over de verschillende sites heen en werkt nauw samen met operations, aankoop en engineering, zodat kwaliteit al vanaf de productontwikkeling meegenomen wordt.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in engineering, quality management of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 7 jaar ervaring in quality management in een productie- of assemblageomgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van kwaliteitssystemen, procesverbetering en supplier quality management.
  • Je bent een coachende leider die analytisch inzicht combineert met een hands-on aanwezigheid op de werkvloer. Zo voer je verbeteringen pragmatisch door en versterk je het kwaliteitsbewustzijn in verschillende teams.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels. Kennis van het Frans vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
