Teamlead Logistiek | Voedingsindustrie

Introductie

Voor een snelgroeiend, internationaal familiebedrijf in de voedingsindustrie in de regio Roeselare zoeken we een Teamlead logistiek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke pallet correct, op tijd en volgens de voedselveiligheidsnormen vertrekt.

Je rapporteert aan de Logistic & Warehouse Manager en stuurt het team aan de laaddocks aan. Je vormt de schakel tussen planning, back office en de werkvloer. Je hebt de ruimte om je team te coachen en om processen op de vloer en in de systemen te verbeteren.

Deze functie past bij een logistieke leider met ervaring in shipping of outbound, die zowel plant als mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt. In een bedrijf dat blijft investeren in moderne installaties en duurzame groei heb je echte impact op de kwaliteit en de snelheid van de leveringen.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je leidt en coacht het shippingteam: je begeleidt nieuwe laders, volgt prestaties en kwaliteit op en voert evaluatiegesprekken, zodat je team sterk en gemotiveerd blijft.
  • Je plant dagelijks de bezetting aan de laaddocks en bewaakt de dockplanning. Bij piekmomenten of afwezigheden spring je zelf bij, zodat de flow nooit stilvalt.
  • Je controleert en corrigeert de verwerking in SAP en zorgt ervoor dat elke pallet naar de juiste bestemming vertrekt.
  • Je volgt de shipping-KPI's op (fouten, snelheid, bezettingsgraad van de docks), onderzoekt klachten van klanten en stelt corrigerende acties op, met naleving van de voedselveiligheids- en auditnormen.
  • Je spoort verbeterpunten op, zowel fysiek aan de docks als in de IT-systemen, en vertaalt ze samen met je manager en de betrokken afdelingen naar concrete verbeteringen.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in logistiek of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een logistieke, warehouse- of productieomgeving en kent shipping- en outboundprocessen goed.
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen. Ervaring met SAP vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent een motiverende, coachende leidinggevende die helder communiceert met operatoren, planning, back office en management.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en blijft oplossingsgericht, ook als de planning wijzigt of de werkdruk hoog oploopt.
