As a Customer Support Specialist you will help coordinate the behind-the-scenes activities that enable successful customer programs across Wolters Kluwer’s Health Division. You will partner with Account Managers, consultants, schools, and internal teams to coordinate schedules, resolve customer needs, maintain accurate records, and keep important operational processes moving forward.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys bringing organization to complex activities, communicating with a wide range of people, and making sure details are handled accurately and on time. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple programs, build expertise in business systems, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for consultation services, including scheduling, virtual meeting coordination, client and consultant communication, documentation, evaluation tracking, proposal and contract support, and coordination of consultant gifts and Wolters Kluwer promotional materials.
  • Respond to customer inquiries received through webinar and conference Customer Service Desks and provide timely, helpful assistance.
  • Support Account Managers with user provisioning and deprovisioning, student account troubleshooting, invoicing, and other administrative and program-related needs.
  • Coordinate NCLEX virtual event scheduling by distributing scheduling links, monitoring booking status, and following up with schools that have not yet scheduled.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for occasional in-office meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation to support customer and program activities.
  • Use Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Salesforce, and other business applications to support operational processes.
  • Provide additional administrative and program support as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or relevant administrative certification preferred.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, office coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Zoom, or similar business applications preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and work effectively with new technology platforms and business processes.

Key Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support evolving business needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
