This highly visible role serves as a strategic business partner to the Sales, Professional Services, and Pricing leaders. The candidate will collaborate with senior leaders to develop robust sales and revenue forecasts, translate commercial activity into financial outcomes, and provide actionable insights that support business decision-making.

  • Develop and enhance revenue forecasts for the transactional business using volume-based forecasting models, partnering with Data Science to improve forecasting methodologies, model accuracy, and predictive capabilities.
  • Analyze pipeline activity, win rates, deal timing, sales mix, and other commercial drivers to assess risks and opportunities to the sales forecast.
  • Lead projects across departments or areas with a variety of resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

Skills:

  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative, with the ability to independently drive work forward, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and follow through to completion.
  • Strong business analytics capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to identify root causes, develop insights, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Confident, constructive communication style; able to ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, and push for outcomes while building trusted relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency with financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, and analytical tools; comfort rapidly learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Practical fluency in AI, automation, and emerging analytical tools to improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of Finance processes

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance role
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of complex businesses, processes, systems, data, and commercial models.
  • Demonstrates a structured and methodical approach to forecasting and analysis, with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Experience interacting with, and presenting to, senior leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
