You will architect AI-enabled systems that operate at enterprise scale across multiple products, regions, and regulatory environments.

You will be responsible for establishing the target-state AI architecture, reference patterns, engineering standards, platform capabilities, and implementation guardrails for AI-assisted audit workflows. The role requires deep expertise in agentic AI systems, retrieval architectures, knowledge graphs, platform modernization, security-by-design, and large-scale SaaS architecture.

You are expected to design, build, prototype, review code, establish architectural direction, and coach engineering teams while remaining actively engaged in implementation and technical decision-making.

  • Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
  • Coach engineering teams in:
  • AI architecture
  • Distributed systems
  • Performance engineering
  • Reliability engineering
  • Architecture trade-off analysis
  • Act as the technical authority for AI architecture decisions.

Required Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
