  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with agency leadership, contracting officers, program managers, procurement officials, and key influencers across customer organizations.
  • Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities by understanding agency missions, funding priorities, procurement forecasts, and emerging requirements.
  • Lead opportunity development activities, including account intelligence gathering, pipeline management, capture planning, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee the development of customer-facing proposals, solution strategies, pricing approaches, and business cases to support contract pursuits.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, solutions, finance, legal, contracts, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and business performance metrics, proactively addressing risks and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
  • Analyze market, contract, and customer data to refine sales strategies, forecast revenue, and improve win probability.
  • Lead executive briefings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), strategic account reviews, and customer planning sessions.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and contractual challenges while maintaining strong customer relationships and business continuity.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, including industry events, agency engagement activities, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts, task orders, modifications, and strategic agreements within established company guidelines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
