Im Namen von Qualität und Tradition: Genau dafür stehen wir. 1946 gründete Bäckermeister Heinrich Wolther die Bäckerei Wolthers Brotkate. Seitdem ist die Bäckerei in Familienhand und wird von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben. Die erste Bäckerei mit Laden war in der Quintusstraße, Walsrode. Bereits 1951 machte der schnelle Erfolg eine größere Produktionsstätte erforderlich.

Wolthers Brotkate ist nicht nur seinem Namen treu geblieben. Eine hohe Qualität und Natürlichkeit der Produkte ist für das Familienunternehmen nach wie vor selbstverständlich. Seit der Gründung wurde es ständig erweitert. Die traditionellen Werte bleiben – das Unternehmen geht jedoch mit der Zeit, pflegt eine enge Beziehung zu seinen Kunden und geht auf deren Wünsche und Bedürfnisse ein.
