[담당업무]

① 채용프로세스 단계별 운영(기획, 홍보, 운영, 처우협의, 배치, 리텐션)

② 다양한 채용 채널 활용 및 신규 채널 개발

③ 우수인재 발굴 및 온보딩 관리

④ 전사 인력계획 수립 및 수요 파악

⑤ 인사 관련 행정업무

[자격요건]

- 학사이상

- 채용 단계별 운영 경험 4년 이상

- 그룹사 공채 프로세스 경험자

- 커뮤니케이션 역량 및 인사 업무에 대한 이해도가 높은자

[우대사항]

- 1,000명 이상 기업 인사 업무 수행자

- 해외 인력 채용 경험 우대

- 창의적 생각과 책임감, 소통능력 중시
