  1. Supervise daily construction and renovation activities at project sites.
  2. Coordinate and assign work to electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other workers.
  3. Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
  4. Inspect workmanship and ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
  5. Coordinate electrical, plumbing and carpentry works with other site activities.
  6. Ensure workers comply with workplace safety requirements and site procedures.
  7. Arrange manpower, materials and tools required for daily site operations.
  8. Report project progress, work issues and material requirements to management.
