Was dich bei uns erwartet

  • Übernahme der operativen Führung des Lagerteams sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs
  • Koordination der Abläufe im Wareneingang, bei der Einlagerung, Kommissionierung und Verladung
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und effizienten Bearbeitung der Kundenaufträge sowie proaktives Handeln bei Unregelmässigkeiten in Absprache mit dem Verkauf
  • Planung eines optimalen Einsatzes der Mitarbeitenden und Betriebsmittel sowie Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft (ca. 70% operative Tätigkeit)
  • Unterstützung der Logistik\-Administration bei Bedarf im Tagesgeschäft
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams (6 Mitarbeiter) sowie Förderung einer positiven Zusammenarbeit und Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende im den versetzten Tagesbetrieb

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Logistiker EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Logistik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung (Fachlich und Disziplinär)
  • Weiterbildung als Prozessfachmann oder Logistikfachmann (von Vorteil)
  • SUVA anerkannter Staplerausweis (mind. R2\)
  • Kenntnisse einer der folgenden Branchen: \- \& Detailhandel, Bauhandel, Industrie oder Handwerk
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eine verlässliche, gewissenhafte, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbare, flexible und vielseitige Persönlichkeit mit körperlicher Fitness
