Wir sind eine im Grossraum Bern tätige Gartenbaufirma mit über 70 Mitarbeitenden. Wir bewegen uns im gehobenen Kundensegment und setzen bewusst auf Qualität statt Quantität. Mit Anspruch, Fachkompetenz und Engagement realisieren und pflegen wir hochwertige Gartenanlagen und begleiten unsere Projekte von der Planung bis zum Unterhalt.

Technische/r Sachbearbeiter/in 80 \- 100%

Assistenz der Projektleitung \& Geschäftsführung

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterlagen für die Kalkulation bereitstellen
  • Preisanfragen an Lieferanten und Subunternehmern stellen
  • Kalkulierte Offerten in Abacus erfassen
  • Angebote, Verträge und Beilagen bearbeiten, versenden, digitalisieren und ablegen
  • Tagesrapport\-Kontrolle und Mithilfe beim Abrechnen der Projekte
  • Telefondienst sowie weitere administrative Aufgaben

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung oder Vertiefung im technischen oder finanziellen Bereich
  • Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in einem KMU
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus oder einer vergleichbaren Software
  • Freude an einem vielseitigen und polyvalenten Aufgabenbereich
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
