Mit unseren rund 1.300 Mitarbeitern an den Standorten Stuttgart, Glatten, Wolfratshausen und Rellingen entwickeln und produzieren wir ein breites Produktportfolio an Komponenten für die Regelung, Dosierung und Aufbereitung von heutigen und künftigen Kraftstoffen (PTX). Dieses Portfolio umfasst u. A. die Einspritztechnik, einschließlich fortschrittlicher Common-Rail-Technologie. Ihren Einsatz finden unsere Produkte in den modernen Großmotoren und Brennstoffzellen von Schiffen, Kraftwerken, Eisenbahnen und weiteren Anwendungen.

Am Standort GLATTEN suchen wir für den Bereich Produktion, High Speed einen Meister (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung der Kostenstelle
  • Fachliche & disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden der Kostenstelle sowie Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorgaben
  • Erstellung der Qualifizierungsmatrix und Förderung der Qualifizierung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Unterweisung der Mitarbeitenden bzgl. Prozesse und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der Unternehmensziele hinsichtlich Produktivität, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Fertigung der geforderten Bauteile nach Qualität, Menge und Termin sicherstellen
  • Einsatz von Personal, Maschinen, Material und Betriebsmitteln organisieren und verbessern. Transparenz bezüglich der Maschinennutzung schaffen sowie einen effizienten Ressourceneinsatz sicherstellen
  • Mitwirkung bei Investitionsprojekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung oder höher
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Shopfloor-Management und Lean-Management
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office
