Als Qualitätsingenieur (m/w/d) arbeiten Sie eng mit den Bereichen Engineering, Produktion und weiteren Fachabteilungen zusammen, um höchste Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards und Qualitätssicherungsprozessen
  • Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen sowie Einleitung und Nachverfolgung nachhaltiger Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen (Root Cause Analysis) unter Anwendung etablierter Methoden und Werkzeuge
  • Auswertung qualitätsrelevanter Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Überwachung interner Prozesse, Erstellung der erforderlichen Dokumentation sowie Betreuung von Bauteilabnahmen durch externe Abnahmegesellschaften
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Auswertung von Qualitätsdokumentationen, Berichten und technischen Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Vorschriften und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
  • Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Empfehlungen gegenüber internen Stakeholdern

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im technischen Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, der Qualitätssicherung oder in einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätssicherungsmethoden sowie in der Analyse und Lösung qualitätsrelevanter Problemstellungen
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitätskennzahlen und deren Auswertung
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache
