Dołącz do zespołu AERO w Woodward Poland! Na tym stanowisku będziesz zapewniać wsparcie techniczne podczas transferu produkcji elektroniki AERO z Kanady do Polski, a także w dalszym rozwijaniu procesu produkcyjnego. Będziesz pierwszą osobą kontaktową w sprawach związanych z produkcją, wspierając rozwiązywanie problemów oraz wdrażanie usprawnień procesów i produktów.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Wsparcie transferu produkcji kontrolerów elektronicznych AERO z Kanady do Polski
  • Zapewnianie wsparcia technicznego zespołowi produkcyjnemu
  • Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów na hali produkcyjnej
  • Prowadzenie analiz przyczyn źródłowych problemów oraz wdrażanie działań korygujących
  • Wykorzystywanie narzędzi Lean w celu usprawniania procesów dla nowych i istniejących produktów
  • Tworzenie, aktualizowanie i modyfikowanie instrukcji pracy oraz innej dokumentacji produkcyjnej
  • Szkolenie pracowników produkcji
  • Ocena obecnego i nowego oprzyrządowania oraz rekomendowanie usprawnień i standardów
  • Tworzenie modeli 3D adapterów, przyrządów oraz innych pomocy/ narzędzi wykorzystywanych w produkcji
  • Współpraca z innymi działami przy realizacji działań technicznych i procesowych

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie średnie techniczne
  • Minimum rok doświadczenia we wsparciu produkcji
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie na poziomie B1
  • Biegła znajomość języka polskiego
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość zasad Lean
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów i analizowania ich przyczyn
  • Dobra znajomość obsługi komputera, w tym programów Excel, Word, ERP, dodatkowo mile widziane CAD i Creo
  • Umiejętność czytania i interpretowania rysunków technicznych, schematów oraz dokumentacji
  • Umiejętność wspierania procesu produkcji złożonych części i zespołów
  • Umiejętność pracy nad wieloma zadaniami jednocześnie oraz dostosowywania się do zmieniających się priorytetów

Warunki pracy:

  • Praca w systemie dwuzmianowym (6:00-14:00; 14:00-22:00)
  • Możliwość wyjazdu służbowego do Kanady (1 lub 2 miesiące)
