Woody Buick GMC of Naperville is looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team in Naperville, IL. This role plays a crucial part in driving the growth of our dealership by identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and supporting our sales team to achieve company goals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including outbound calls, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up on incoming inquiries and qualify prospects to determine their needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and support the sales process.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information and sales activity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for potential clients.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus.
