Ben jij iemand die graag klaarstaat voor collega’s, energie krijgt van overzicht en structuur, én het leuk vindt om met HR-systemen en cijfers bezig te zijn? Dan hebben wij een mooie rol voor je!

Wij zoeken een HR Medewerker die onze HR-processen soepel laat verlopen en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen managers, medewerkers en onze externe salarisadministrateur.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie is geen dag hetzelfde.

  • Je verzorgt en controleert salarismutaties in samenwerking met onze externe salarisadministrateur en onze bedrijfsadministratie
  • Je bent de eerste vraagbaak voor collega’s met HR- en salarisgerelateerde vragen
  • Je regelt de administratie rondom in-, door- en uitstroom
  • Je houdt personeelsdossiers netjes en actueel
  • Je stelt HR- en salarisrapportages op en zorgt voor overzicht
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in de verdere digitalisering binnen HR
  • Je denkt mee over het slimmer en efficiënter inrichten van HR-processen

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minimaal een MBO 4-opleiding (bijvoorbeeld HRM, P&O of administratie)
  • Je hebt ervaring met HR- en salarisadministratie
  • Je vindt het leuk om met systemen, data en rapportages te werken
  • Ervaring met ADP iHCM is een pré, maar geen must
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent servicegericht en weet vertrouwelijk om te gaan met informatie
  • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen collega’s, management en externe partijen

  • Een afwisselende HR-functie met inhoud en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Een jaarcontract voor 24 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast contract

  • Salaris volgens de cao Woondiensten, functieschaal F (€3.322 - €4.151). Inschaling hangt af van relevante kennis en ervaring
  • Veel ruimte om te leren en te groeien, met een jaarlijks opleidingsbudget
  • Hybride werken volgens onze eigen regeling, inclusief een ergonomische werkplek
  • Aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een laptop, telefoon en sportvergoeding van € 240,- per jaar
  • Eindejaarsuitkering van 4%
