Als verpleegkundige draag je mee verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige zorgtraject van bewoners. Je combineert verpleegkundige expertise met nabijheid en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners kunnen rekenen op kwaliteitsvolle en persoonsgerichte zorg. Dankzij jouw opvolging, observaties en professionele begeleiding draag je bij aan de continuïteit van zorg en het welzijn van bewoners. Bij Berkenhof werk je in een moderne woonzorgcampus waar een warme huiselijke sfeer centraal staat. De nauwe betrokkenheid van families, vrijwilligers en buurtbewoners zorgt voor een unieke omgeving waar bewoners zich echt thuis voelen. Samen met je collega's bouw je mee aan een zorgomgeving waarin respect, levensvreugde en persoonlijke aandacht voorop staan.

Jouw rol bestaat onder andere uit

  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • opvolgen van zorgplannen en bewonersdossiers en bewaken van de continuïteit;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn;
  • onderhouden van contact met bewoners, familie en artsen;
  • ondersteunen van zorgkundigen in hun dagelijkse werking.

Je bent een betrokken verpleegkundige die graag dicht bij bewoners staat. Met jouw sociale vaardigheden, verantwoordelijkheidszin en stressbestendigheid weet je het overzicht te bewaren en ben je een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, families en collega's. Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan warme, kwaliteitsvolle zorg.

Verder vragen wij

  • een diploma bachelor verpleegkunde, HBO5 verpleegkunde of gelijkwaardig met geldig visum;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • een professionele en bewonersgerichte aanpak;
  • de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig én in teamverband te werken;
  • affiniteit met ouderenzorg.
