Bij Woonzorggroep Voorkempen streven we naar een warm en open (t)huis waar bewoners, medewerkers en de buurt zich thuis voelen. Onze zorgvisie is gebaseerd op vier kernwaarden: Samen, Persoonsgericht, Respect en Warm. Als organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een HVAC-technicus die niet alleen technisch sterk is, maar ook de ambitie heeft om door te groeien naar een coördinerende rol binnen onze Technische Dienst. In deze functie krijg je de unieke kans om je technische expertise te combineren met een geleidelijke inwerk in leiderschap, in lijn met onze visie op dienend en situationeel leiderschap.

De functie: Een groeitraject met perspectief

In deze functie doorloop je een duidelijk groeipad:

  • Eerste jaar: 70% als HVAC-expert, 30% als assistent-coördinator
  • Tweede jaar: 50% expert, 50% coördinatie
  • Op termijn: Bij pensionering van de huidige coördinator en positieve evaluatie na sollicitatie, is een promotie naar coördinator Technische Dienst een logische volgende stap.

Je neemt een diverse waaier aan taken op, waaronder:

Technische verantwoordelijkheden (expertrol):

  • Onderhoud, herstelling en preventieve controle van HVAC-installaties (ventilatie, verwarming, airconditioning)
  • Beheer van het CMMS/digitale onderhoudssysteem: invoer, opvolging en rapportage
  • Energiebeheer en duurzaamheid: opvolging van energieverbruik, identificatie van optimalisatiemogelijkheden, bijdrage aan duurzaamheidsinitiatieven
  • Veiligheidsbeleid: opvolging en implementatie van VCA, EHBO, brandveiligheid en risico-inventarisaties
  • Beheer van sleutels en toegangscontrole: registratie, uitgifte en opvolging
  • Projectopvolging: ondersteuning bij verbouwingen en renovaties, coördinatie met externe aannemers
  • Technische administratie: afhandeling van verzekeringsdossiers, opvolging van legionella-metingen en mutatiegegevens

Coördinerende verantwoordelijkheden (assistent-rol):

  • Teamvergaderingen: voorbereiding, leiding (in samenwerking met de coördinator) en opvolging van actiepunten
  • Individuele coaching: 1-op-1 gesprekken met technische medewerkers over functioneren, motivatie en knelpunten
  • Onderhoudsopdrachten coördineren: verdelen, opvolgen en afsluiten van interne onderhoudsopdrachten
  • Tijdsregistratie: opvolging van verloven, tiktijden, overuren en permanentietijden

Jouw profiel: Wie zoeken we?

Technische competenties:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als HVAC-technicus (minimaal 3-5 jaar)
  • Opleiding in installatietechnieken, HVAC, elektromechanica of gelijkaardig
  • Kennis van onderhoudsprocessen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en energiebeheer
  • Ervaring met CMMS-systemen is een pluspunt

Persoonlijke vaardigheden:

  • Proactief en zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamplayer
  • Organisatietalent en oog voor detail
  • Communicatief vaardig: je kan helder communiceren met collega’s, bewoners en externe partners
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om door te groeien naar een leiderschapsrol
