Administrative Assistant/Coordinator

WORK OUT WORLD ARE SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/COORDINATOR TO CONVINIENTLY HANDLE DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES FROM HOME

Salary:

$20-25 hour depending on previous experience.

Hours of Work:

Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve the customer and exceed their expectations, as they are our first priority.
  • Answer and dispatch calls in a professional manner.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and co-workers ensuring that all inquiries are answered timely and accurately.
  • Maintain all required databases.
  • Prepare various typed documents, such as letters, interoffice reports, and reports of contact.
  • Liaise with members of the corporate office and region on various issues.
  • Other duties designated by the Administration Manager .

Qualifications:

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • SAP experience is highly desired but not required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience required.

Computer Skills

  • Must be able to efficiently and effectively communicate via email on computer and phone.
  • Expertise in the Office suite programs (specifically Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Basic knowledge and understanding across multiple computer platforms.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Must have valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
