Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen in der Elektronikfertigung, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für den Produktionsbereich. Abteilungsleiter Produktion (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Secondary Operations mit rund 19 Mitarbeitenden und mehreren Teamleitern
  • Verantwortung für die Produktionsprozesse in den Bereichen Handbestückung, Selektivlöten, Nutzentrennen, Einpressen, Kleben, PCBA Washing und Conformal Coating
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sowie der IPC-A-610-Richtlinien
  • Planung, Steuerung und Priorisierung der täglichen Produktionsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Produktivität und Liefertermintreue
  • Förderung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von Teamleitern und Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Shopfloor-Managements sowie Leitung von Produktions- und Teammeetings
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Umsetzung von Lean-Management-Methoden sowie kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen SMT, Testfeld, Gerätebau, Qualitätssicherung, Engineering, Qualität und Supply Chain
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie Unterstützung bei der Industrialisierung neuer Produkte und Prozesse

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in relevanten Secondary-Operations-Prozessen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der IPC-A-610 sowie vorhandene IPC-Zertifizierung
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Förderung, Entwicklung und Motivation von Mitarbeitenden
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing, KVP und Shopfloor-Management von Vorteil
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Führung, Produktionsmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaft von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, unternehmerische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
