Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Sonderanlagenbau für die Life-Science-, Pharma- und Biotech-Industrie, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit. Das moderne Produktionsumfeld ist geprägt von innovativen Technologien, hohen Qualitätsstandards und einer engen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Engineering, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung. Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams wird eine engagierte Fachkraft für die elektrische Montage und Inbetriebnahme komplexer Anlagen gesucht.

Automatiker (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Verantwortung für die elektrische Verdrahtung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Baugruppen
  • Durchführung pneumatischer Installationen gemäss technischen Vorgaben
  • Prüfung und Erstinbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen nach geltenden Normen und Richtlinien
  • Durchführung von Funktions- und Sicherheitsprüfungen
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Behebung von technischen Abweichungen und Störungen
  • Unterstützung bei Kundenabnahmen und Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Terminvorgaben und internen Richtlinien
  • Kontrolle und Umsetzung von Elektroschemas und technischen Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Montage- und Prüfprozessen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Automatiker EFZ, Elektroinstallateur EFZ, Montage-Elektriker EFZ oder vergleichbare elektrotechnische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der elektrischen Verdrahtung von Maschinen, Anlagen oder Schaltschränken
  • Kenntnisse in der Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme technischer Anlagen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im regulierten Pharmaumfeld sowie GMP- bzw. GAMP-Richtlinien von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Elektroschemas und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Lösungsorientierung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse für die technische Kommunikation von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
