Für ein innovatives Unternehmen in der hochpräzisen Metallbearbeitung, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Fachkraft für die CNC-Fertigung. Das moderne Produktionsumfeld zeichnet sich durch anspruchsvolle Einzelteile, Kleinserienfertigung sowie höchste Qualitätsanforderungen aus. Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams wird eine selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Persönlichkeit gesucht.

CNC Dreher / Polymechaniker (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten und Bedienen moderner CNC-gesteuerter 4-Achs-Drehmaschinen
  • Herstellung von komplexen Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Werkstücke für Kunden aus technologisch anspruchsvollen Branchen
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten und störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs
  • Durchführung von Werkzeugwechseln sowie Maschinenoptimierungen
  • Laufende Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile mittels Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker, Werkzeugmacher oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen in der zerspanenden Metallbearbeitung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie sicheres Lesen von Konstruktionszeichnungen
  • Selbstständige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb sowie temporär im 3-Schichtbetrieb
