Für unseren renommierten Geschäftspartner, ein international führendes Industrieunternehmen in der Oberflächen- und Werkstofftechnik in der Region Wohlen (AG), suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten Elektrotechniker für Produktionsanlagen (inhouse) für ein Try & Hire (mit Option auf Festanstellung).

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten ###

  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten (Wartung, Inspektion, Reparatur und Kalibrierung) an internen Produktionsanlagen (u. a. Korundstrahl-, Beschichtungs- und Schleifanlagen)
  • Schnelle und präzise Fehlerdiagnose sowie Behebung von Störungen bei Anlagenstillständen
  • Koordination von Wartungsterminen mit der Produktion, externen Lieferanten sowie dem internen Installationsteam
  • Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Inbetriebnahme von Neuanlagen am Standort
  • Bewirtschaftung und Pflege des Ersatzteil- und Verschleissteilelagers
  • Beschaffung von Messmitteln sowie Koordination und Durchführung regelmässiger Kalibrierungen
  • Pflege der Wartungspläne und saubere Dokumentation aller Massnahmen in SAP / ORBIS
  • Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur kontinuierlichen Anlagenoptimierung (KVP)

Must-Haves ###

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Mechatroniker, Automatiker oder Elektrotechniker
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung, Wartung und Störungsbehebung von Produktionsanlagen
  • Solide Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik (idealerweise Siemens-Steuerungen oder ABB-Roboter)
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice-to-Haves ###

  • Laufende oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Instandhaltungsfachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP (Modul PM) und Instandhaltungssoftware
  • Kenntnisse in der Kalibrierung von Mess- und Prüfmitteln
