Für ein führendes Schweizer Präzisionsunternehmen mit über 200 modernen CNC-Maschinen, das hochpräzise Dreh- und Frästeile sowie komplexe Baugruppen für internationale Kunden fertigt, suchen wir einen

Instandhaltungsmechaniker (m/w/d) ###

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung an CNC-Maschinen sowie Produktionsanlagen
  • Reparatur an Baugruppen, Antrieben, Pumpen und weiteren Maschinenkomponenten
  • Wartungs- und Instanhaltungsaufgaben sowie Überwachung der WartungsinervalleAusführung von Gebäudeunterhalt und Infrastrukturarbeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Maschinenherstellern und externen Servicetechnikern

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker, Automatiker, Instandhaltungsfachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung, vorzugsweise in CNC-Fertigung
  • Sehr gute mechanische und elektrotechnische sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Pneumatik und Hydraulik
  • Fehlersuche, Störungsdiagnose und Reparatur von Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, elektrischen Schaltplänen sowie Diagnose- und Messgeräten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik (CNC- und SPS-Steuerungen)
  • Kenntnisse mit CNC-Maschinen von Tornos, Index, Star, Hanwha oder ähnlichen Herstellern von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
