Als First-Tier-Supplier unseres renommierten Geschäftspartners, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel, suchen wir per sofort einen motivierten und engagierten Logistics & Warehouse Compliance Specialist für einen temporären Einsatz von 1 Jahr, mit Option auf Verlängerung.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten: ###

  • Eigenverantwortliches Auslesen von Transport-Temperaturdaten vom Wareneingang und Kontrolle von Checklisten auf korrektes Ausfüllen
  • Überprüfung jeglicher Wareneingänge auf die vorgegebene Transporttemperatur
  • Unterstützung der Business Circles von Logistic Solutions in sämtlichen GxP Fragestellungen
  • Übernahme der Ownerschaft bzw. der Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Changes in Veeva
  • Proaktive Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Qualitätsverbesserungen

Must Haves: ###

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-/Master Studium, idealerweise im Bereich der Pharmabranche oder Pharmalogistik
  • Idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im GMP / GDP Bereich
  • Erfahrung im GxP Abweichungs- und Change-Management
  • Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von GxP Dokumenten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau B2) in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Mass an strukturierter und selbständiger Arbeitsweise einhergehend mit hoher Kundenorientierung sowie ein professioneller und proaktiver Umgang mit allen Stakeholdern
  • Ausgezeichnete Team- und Sozialkompetenz sowie eine teamorientierte Denkweise
  • Hohes Mass an Proaktivität und Eigenverantwortung in einem offenen und kollaborativen Umfeld
