Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Metallverarbeitung und mechanische Fertigung, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen

Polymechaniker CNC-Fertigung (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Herstellung von mechanischen Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Selbständiges Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen und CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Durchführung von Fräs-, Dreh- und weiteren spanabhebenden Bearbeitungen auf verschiedenen Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte und qualitativ einwandfreie Produktion der Werkstücke
  • Sicherstellung der geforderten Masshaltigkeit gemäss Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen an den gefertigten Bauteilen
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Wartungs- und Kontrollprotokollen
  • Unterstützung angrenzender Produktionsbereiche bei Bedarf
  • Kontinuierliche Mitwirkung zur Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung mit Schwerpunkt Drehen und Fräsen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im selbständigen Programmieren und Rüsten von CNC-Maschinen
  • Sicheres Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Zeichnungen
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätsprüfung von mechanischen Bauteilen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Ordnungssinn und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Maschinen und Werkzeugen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
