Für ein international führendes Technologie- und Maschinenbauunternehmen, welches Grossdieselmotoren, Turbomaschinen sowie innovative Energielösungen für maritime und stationäre Anwendungen entwickelt und fertigt, suchen wir einen

Polymechaniker Drehen (m/w/d) ###

  • ### Deine Aufgaben ###
  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von konventionellen und CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Bearbeiten von Wellen und rotationssymmetrischen Bauteilen mit hohen Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Überwachen und Optimieren der Bearbeitungsprozesse sowie Einleiten von Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Auswählen und Anwenden geeigneter Werkzeuge und Schnittparameter
  • Durchführen von Qualitäts- und Masskontrollen zur Sicherstellung der geforderten Toleranzen
  • Bewegen und Positionieren von Grossbauteilen bis 30 Tonnen mittels Kran

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Poly-/Produktionsmechaniker oder ähnlich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fertigung und im CNC-Drehen
  • Kenntnisse der Siemens-Steuerung SINUMERIK 840D sind ein Plus
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Zerspanungstechnik sowie im Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Schnittparametern
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2- bis 3-Schichtbetrieb
  • Selbstständige, präzise und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
