Unser Kunde, ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen im Maschinenbau, sucht eine qualitätsbewusste und engagierte Persönlichkeit für den Bereich Prüfstand und Inbetriebnahme.

Prüfstandmechaniker (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Aufstellen, Einrichten und Inbetriebnehmen von Kompressoren auf dem Prüfstand inklusive Durchführung von Probeläufen - teilweise im Beisein von Kunden
  • Durchführung von Dichtigkeits- und Funktionsprüfungen
  • Analyse von Störungen sowie selbstständige Fehlerbehebung an Kompressoren
  • Anwendung moderner Messtechnik und Auswertung sowie Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse
  • Durchführung von Abnahmen mit internen Stellen, externen Kunden und Inspektoren
  • Mitarbeit bei Optimierungs- und Verbesserungsprojekten im Bereich Prüfstand

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, z. B. als Polymechaniker/in (idealerweise Fachrichtung Montage), Automobil-Mechatroniker/in, LKW-, Land- oder Baumaschinenmechaniker/in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Montage, im Aufbau oder in der Inbetriebnahme von grösseren Maschinen oder Industrieanlagen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hallenkranen
  • Schwindelfreiheit sowie gute körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
