Für ein Unternehmen in der Metallverarbeitung und Blechbearbeitung, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Fachkraft für die Fertigung anspruchsvoller Biegeteile. Das moderne Produktionsumfeld zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch, einen modernen Maschinenpark und abwechslungsreiche Kundenaufträge aus. Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams wird eine zuverlässige und selbstständig arbeitende Persönlichkeit gesucht.

Produktionsmechaniker Abkanten (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten und Bedienen moderner Abkantpressen
  • Bearbeitung von Stahl-, Aluminium- und Chromstahlbauteilen
  • Programmierung, Anpassung und Optimierung von Biegeprogrammen
  • Fertigung von Bauteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen und Arbeitsplänen
  • Herstellung von Werkstücken mit Abmessungen von bis zu 6 Metern Länge und 2 Metern Breite
  • Durchführung von Mass- und Qualitätskontrollen während des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Terminvorgaben
  • Verantwortung für einen effizienten und reibungslosen Produktionsablauf
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Produktionsmechaniker EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung und im Umgang mit Abkantpressen
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten, Bedienen und Optimieren von CNC-gesteuerten Anlagen
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägtes Durchhaltevermögen
  • Teamfähige, flexible und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
