Für ein Unternehmen im Sonderanlagenbau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit. Das Unternehmen entwickelt hochwertige Prozess- und Sterilisationsanlagen und bietet ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit hohen Qualitätsstandards sowie spannenden technischen Herausforderungen. Rohrschlosser (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Verrohrung von Anlagen und Sterilisatoren gemäss R&I-Schemata
  • Biegen und Anpassen von CrNi-Rohren nach technischen Vorgaben
  • Montage von Baugruppen und kompletten Anlagen nach Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Lesen und Interpretieren von technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Ausführung der Arbeiten
  • Erkennen, Dokumentieren und Melden von technischen Abweichungen
  • Einhaltung von Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben im Produktionsprozess
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Arbeitsplätzen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen im Anlagenbau
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Fertigungsstandards

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rohrschlosser, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Anlagen-, Rohrleitungs- oder Maschinenbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung von Edelstahlrohren
  • Erfahrung in der TIG-Schweisstechnik, insbesondere bei Heftarbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Isometrien
  • Strukturierte, exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
