Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit. Das Unternehmen entwickelt hochpräzise Lösungen für anspruchsvolle industrielle Anwendungen und betreut Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen weltweit. Zur Verstärkung des Servicebereichs wird eine reisefreudige Fachkraft gesucht, die ihr technisches Know-how sowohl national als auch international einsetzen möchte.

Servicetechniker CNC-Schleifen (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Durchführung von Instandhaltungs-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an CNC-Schleifmaschinen
  • Verantwortung für die Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Sicherstellung einer schnellen Wiederherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft
  • Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen an mechanischen, elektrischen und steuerungstechnischen Komponenten
  • Schulung und Einweisung von Kunden im Umgang mit den Anlagen
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen und Serviceeinsätzen im Aussendienst
  • Durchführung von Schleifversuchen nach entsprechender Einarbeitung
  • Beratung der Kunden hinsichtlich Ersatzteilen, Revisionen und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze und Rapportierung der ausgeführten Arbeiten

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker, Mechatroniker, Automatiker oder vergleichbar
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CNC-Steuerungen, vorzugsweise Fanuc, Siemens oder Heidenhain
  • Erfahrung im technischen Service, Maschinenbau oder Unterhalt von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Rundschleifen von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft von 80 bis 100 Prozent mit Einsätzen im In- und Ausland
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterbildung
