På vegne af vores kunde i København søger Work Supply en engageret, selvkørende og fagligt stærk løn- og regnskabsspecialist, der vil være med på en spændende vækstrejse. Du træder ind i en nøglerolle, hvor du får ansvaret for en smidig lønkørsel samt den daglige drift i bogholderiet.

Dine primære opgaver

· Lønadministration: Ansvar for den månedlige lønbehandling samt optimering af lønprocesserne (kendskab til Intect og SmartTid er en klar fordel).

· Bogholderi & Afstemninger: Daglig håndtering af kreditorer, debitorer, finansbilag og løbende bank- og kontoafstemninger.

· Digitalisering & Rapportering: Aktiv deltagelse i arbejdet med moderne ERP-systemer og BI-rapporteringsværktøjer.

· Ad hoc-økonomi: Administrative opgaver samt opfølgning på interne og eksterne henvendelser.

Hvem er du?

· Erfaring: Du har minimum 1 års solid, praktisk erfaring med både bogholderi og konkret lønhåndtering.

· IT & Systemer: Du har en stærk systemforståelse, lærer hurtigt nye digitale værktøjer at kende og arbejder struktureret.

· Personlighed: Du møder op med høj energi, er nysgerrig af natur og tager selvstændigt initiativ. Du trives i et miljø, hvor samarbejde og en god omgangstone vægtes højt.
