Om jobbet:

Vi søger en dedikeret medarbejder til at varetage opgaver inden for opkrævning med særligt fokus på kommunale forhold. Dine primære opgaver inkluderer:

  • Professionel rådgivning og vejledning af borgere, virksomheder og samarbejdspartnere gennem telefonisk og skriftlig kommunikation.
  • Effektiv sagsbehandling i Ejerfortegnelsen.
  • Håndtering af matrikel- og ejerlejlighedshændelser.
  • Administration af §§7 og 8 fritagelser.
  • Behandling af vurderingsændringer.
  • Årskørsel vedrørende bidragsbillet.
  • Sagsbehandling vedrørende E-lån.

Om dig:

Vi søger en struktureret og proaktiv medarbejder, der trives i en travl hverdag med både drift, rådgivning og udviklingsopgaver. Du evner at arbejde både i team og selvstændigt, og du motiveres af at skabe værdi og resultater i samarbejde med andre. Desuden:

  • Du har en god it-forståelse og trives med arbejdet med systemer og opsætning.
  • Erfaring med SAP og KMD Structura vil være en fordel.
