Mit eigener Fertigung, einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und umfassenden Serviceleistungen bietet das Unternehmen seinen Kunden maßgeschneiderte Lösungen. Zur Verstärkung des Montageteams suchen wir einen engagierten Obermonteur / Bauführenden Monteur (m/w/d), der gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und Baustellen eigenständig organisiert.

Aufgaben

* Montage von Winter- und Sommergärten, Terrassenüberdachungen, Lamellen- und Faltdächern sowie Beschattungssystemen

* Montage von Geschäftsportalen und individuellen Sonderkonstruktionen

* Eigenständige Planung und Koordination der Baustellen sowie der zeitlichen Abläufe

* Führung und Koordination eines Montageteams von 2-4 Mitarbeitern

* Abstimmung mit der Projekttechnik und Koordination der Montagepläne

* Organisation von Fahrzeugen, Werkzeugen und benötigtem Material

* Dokumentation der Baustellen und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Endkunden vor Ort

Anforderungsprofil

* Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Metalltechniker, Schlosser, Tischler oder Glastechniker

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Metallbau, Glasbau, Sonnenschutz oder Holzbau

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Führung bzw. Koordination von Montageteams

* Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein B; Führerschein BE oder C von Vorteil

* Reisebereitschaft im Ausmaß von ca. 15 %
