Unser Kunde wünscht Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baubereich mit Weiterbildung zum Bauführer

  • Erfahrung als Bauführer im Bereich Aushub, Rückbau oder Altlasten
  • Freude am Leiten und Koordinieren von Baustellen
  • Eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden, Bauherren, Mitarbeitenden und Partnern
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und vernetztes Handeln
  • Hohes Bewusstsein für Sicherheit, Qualität und Umweltschutz
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Leitung und Koordination von Baustellen im Bereich Aushub, Rückbau und Altlasten
  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Baustellenabläufe
  • Führung und Einsatzplanung von Mitarbeitenden, Maschinen und Subunternehmern
  • Sicherstellen von Terminen, Qualität, Kosten und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherren, Projektleitern, Behörden und internen Stellen
  • Kontrolle und Umsetzung von Umwelt-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Erkennen von Herausforderungen auf der Baustelle und Finden praxisnaher Lösungen
  • Rapportierung, Dokumentation und administrative Aufgaben rund um die Projekte
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung einer effizienten, sicheren und erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung
