Das erwartet dich

  • Führung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung inklusive Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
  • Betreuung des Travel-Management-Prozesses
  • Unterstützung im Projekt- und Investitionscontrolling
  • Bearbeitung von Workflows für Spesen- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit in ERP- und Digitalisierungsprojekten innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports mit gängigen BI-Tools und Excel
  • Schrittweise Einarbeitung in Datenarchitektur und Business Intelligence zur Sicherstellung der Stellvertretung im Team

Unser Kunde wünscht

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und ausgeprägtes Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, elektronischen Rechnungseingangslösungen und idealerweise Business-Intelligence-Tools
  • Sichere Anwendung von Microsoft 365, Kenntnisse von Standard-ERP-Lösungen sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsstarke, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
