Das erwartet dich - Du erweiterst den Kundenstamm, indem du gezielt neue Kundinnen und Kunden ansprichst - Du bringst dich aktiv in die Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsmassnahmen ein – abgestimmt auf deine persönlichen Ziele und die Ziele deines Teams - Du hörst zu, verstehst die Bedürfnisse der Kundinnen und Kunden und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen für sie - Du baust nachhaltige und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und sorgst von Anfang an für ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis - Du behältst den Überblick über alle Kundenkontakte und administrativen Abläufe - Du gestaltest deinen Arbeitsalltag eigenverantwortlich und nutzt dein eigenes Fahrzeug für Kundentermine in der Region
