Das erwartet dich - Selbstständige Organisation und Leitung von Strassenbaustellen - Führung und Motivation der zugeteilten Mitarbeitenden - Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Arbeitssicherheit - Mitarbeit bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung - Koordination mit Bauleitung, Lieferanten und Subunternehmen

Unser Kunde wünscht - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen mit Weiterbildung zur Polierin oder zum Polier - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Tief- oder Strassenbau - Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und klare Entscheidungen zu treffen - Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende klar und respektvoll zu führen - Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Gutes Überblicksvermögen auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen - Kommunikative, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit - Führerausweis der Kategorie B
