ALTEN México está en busca de un Ingeniero de Soluciones Tecnológicas FullStack para formar parte de nuestro creciente equipo. Nuestro enfoque en la innovación y la calidad nos permite ofrecer soluciones especializadas en los sectores de Automotriz, Energía, Aeronáutica, y Telecomunicaciones, entre otros. Buscamos un profesional que no solo tenga habilidades técnicas en desarrollo de software, sino que también sea proactivo y capaz de trabajar en diversos entornos de tecnologías.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar e implementar soluciones de software que digitalicen y automaticen procesos en la area de recursos humanos y fianzas.
  • Brindar soporte técnico integral a usuarios en temas de hardware, redes, software, telefonía, radios e impresoras.
  • Liderar nuevas implementaciones de sistemas, incluyendo pruebas unitarias y con usuarios, documentación técnica y gestión del cambio.
  • Integrar sistemas SAP y PSI con plataformas externas y equipos especiales, asegurando una comunicación efectiva entre sistemas de control y medición.
  • Dar soporte a eventos críticos del negocio, como cierres mensuales o situaciones clave, para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
  • Capacitar a los usuarios y promover proyectos piloto en nuevas tecnologías como analítica avanzada, movilidad, BI y automatización de procesos.

Requirements

Requisitos:

Indispensables

  • Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o área relacionada.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en desarrollo FullStack.
  • Dominio de C# y .NET Core.
  • Desarrollo de APIs REST con estándares de seguridad.
  • Experiencia con Angular y TypeScript para front-end.
  • Manejo de sistemas de control de versiones, especialmente Git / GitHub.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de seguridad web (OWASP, autenticación, autorización, protección de APIs).
  • Bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Experiencia con frameworks y herramientas modernas de desarrollo.
